Meet Kerra Dawn

Hey everyone,
Today I would like to officially introduce you to the newest member of the Carpenter Photography team, Kerra England-Ramirez. Some of you in the past week have met her during shoots, but we would like forever one to get the chance to meet Kerra.

Just a few fun facts about Kerra:

1. She loves the Texas Rangers

2. Josh Hamilton is her favorite

3. She has the most adorable little girl

4. She is my cousin

5. She LOVES to fish

6. She has stolen my parents.

When I say she has stolen my parents, I am not kidding...I am pretty sure my parents love her more than me

:( lol just kidding, but she really has stolen my parents.

I hope that each of you gets the chance to meet and work with Kerra! We, here at Carpenter Photography, are very happy to be adding Kerra to our team!

My day with Crystal & Co.

My day with Crystal and her family was...interesting. Crystal is the mother of FIVE, yes I said five crazy little boys that range from the ages of eleven to one. Check out her blog at http://www.crystalandcomp.com/. They were wonderful to get to spend the day with.

Let me introduce you to the members of Crystal & Co. Starting with Crystal

CEO/Manager of Operations/Chief Blogger is Crystal

Crystal, who just happens to be my cousin, has been blogging about her kids and their crazy life since 2008. It's funny to get online daily and read the funny things that she and her boys do. 

Next up is Lenny

 Lenny is other wise known as Chief Financial Officer

Lenny, Lenny, Lenny, there are so many things I could say about Lenny. Haha:) It was just so much fun getting to mess with him. During the whole shoot I kept trying to explain to him that I was the professional and that he just needed to back off. But let me tell you that didn't work at all! Over all Lenny had some great ideas!

Then we have Garrett.

Director of Sarcasm and manipulation is Garrett.

Garrett...Wow....There are no real words that describe Garrett! Ha! When he was just a little guy I thought he was so sweet, but now here he is 11 years old and just something else, but he is still just as fun to pick on :) P.S. Garrett, I can still take you down :) Love your favorite cousin, Jackie :)

Know we have the adorable Luke and Nick, five year old twins!



Chief Technology Officer is Luke.

Luke is the funniest little guy ever! Every time I see Luke his first question is if he can play with my iPhone. He knows more about my iPhone than I do! Haha :) He also loves to play with the iTouch that they have at home! Crystal was telling one day that the twins were playing with the iTouch and bought a baseball game that was over $30.00! I couldn't help but laugh!

General Manager of Operations is Nick

Nick is mommy's little helper! He loves to be the leader next to mommy, of course! During the whole shoot he kept asking if he could be the leader, and he was a great little leader! He was so sweet! Such a wonderful little guy to sit and listen to, and it was delightful to get to spend the day with him!

Next is Anthony

Chief of Relations

Anthony was awesome! After spending the afternoon with him, I can to realize that he could be nice and get along with just about anyone! He did anything and everything I asked him to do and was just a delight to be able to photograph! I got some wonderful pictures!

I saved the best for last :)

Baby Matthew

Chief of sweetness and cuteness

I hate to have favorites, but this little guy right here has stolen my heart! He is wonderful! He was a little fussy here and there, but who could blame him? He wanted to go play and run around and no one would let him! Poor little Matthew!

Thanks so much Crystal & Co. for allowing me to take part in your family Christmas photos, and letting me introduce your little company to the world! Love you guys!

Jon & Heather Wedding Snaek Peak! :)

I know Jon and Heather have been dying to see a sneak peak of their wedding and so here it is! :) Enjoy!

Cutest and funnest little girls ever! They were wonderful though the whole wedding! Little Miss. Carly (on the right) would come up to me every five minutes and ask me if I would take her picture again! She made my night! Now that we are all back home and the wedding is over her mother scheduled her a shoot so I can take pictures of just her :)

It was absolutely beautiful at 6:00 p.m. in the evening in Indiana! The wedding was wonderful and the couple was just too happy! It was a great pleasure to be asked to photograph this wedding! Jon has been a close family friend for years and it was wonderful to get to know Heather more in the two day I spent in Indiana with them!

Absolutely a studding bride, and one of the best that I have ever worked with! She was every patient with me during the two days, due to problems that were developing back home, and she was just wonderful! Thank you so much Heather for being patient with me! All of your pictures turned out wonderful and I hope that you all enjoyed this little sneak peek!



Hanks Senior Photo Shoot Sneak Peek

I had the pleasure of doing pictures this past Saturday for Samantha, Brittany, and Macy Hanks! They were wonderful! They are three beautiful girls and it was a blast! Here is a small sneak peek for the 700 photos we took :)

Samantha Hanks is s senior at Alvarado High School this year and just recently won Carpenter Photography's latest contest! Congratulations Samantha! She was a delight to photograph! Did everything and anything asked of her, and her natural beauty made my job way easier!

What really made my job easier on Saturday was the fact that I was photographing twins that are just absolutely beautiful! Brittany Hanks is also a Senior at Alvarado High School and I know that as senior year gets under way they are excited!

Everyone say hello to Macy! She is the younger sister of Samantha and Brittany Hanks. She is a Freshman at Alvarado High School but being like her sisters she was just absolutely beautiful, so we went a head and too some amazing photos of her too!

This weekend :)

Whew! This weekend is going to be super busy for us here at Carpenter Photography! This weekend will be filled with photo shoots, college football, and more photo shoots! We are excited to get to take the pictures of our contest winner Samantha Hanks! Will post a sneak peek! Jackie has a photo shoot this evening of the sweetest little girl ever, Miss. Mikaela! :) Then Saturday we have UT/OU game! Hook em' Horns! Then to end the weekend on a perfect note we have two photo shoots Sunday! Hope everyone enjoys their weekend! Baze Sneak Peek :)

This was one of the cutest families to shoot! Candiss, Kenidi, & Jimmy. Here is a sneak peek of their photo shoot!

This family did anything I asked of them in the shoot and because of it, I got some amazing photos.

Miss. Kenidi, was just a doll to shoot! Did everything I asked with a big smile, and her pictures came out AMAZING! :)

I have known Candiss for a long time and it was a great pleasure to get to photography her along with, as I hear her say it, her babies! (Kenidi & Jimmy) Even a little fun with Dodge:) 

I don't know much about Jimmy, but he was a great guy to photography!
